BUTT EDGED PIPE SHELLS
Easy to install and instantly reduce your heating and cooling bills.
Available in plain and faced versions.
Made to match standard pipe o/ds and in a range of thicknesses to give insulation you need. Larger pipes or higher thicknesses can be layered and joints offset to give best results.
SHIP LAP /Â TONGUE AND GROOVE
To reduce the risk of thermal bridges we can offer upgraded versions of all our shells with a C/D profile Tongue and Groove.
When using multiple layers internal facings can be used as additional moisture barriers.
HVAC DUCTING
Faced and taped both inside and out these preformed duct sections are light weight and easy to install. They can be used as insulation around an existing duct or can be the duct itself and can be square or faceted tubes.
TANK JACKETS
Old tanks need insulating?
Our sections, either cut to match the curvature of your tank or faceted to make transporting easy are light weight and being rigid can be easily installed, cut around instruments and pipes and with a facing in place doesn’t need a second outer skin to keep it looking as good as new.
